Quercetin is a “flavonol” which is a sub-group of “flavonoids”. Flavonoids are natural chemicals found in plants and known as phytonutrients. They offer a vast range of benefits for your overall health.
Quercetin cannot be made in the human body, but it can be found in many fruits, some vegetables, and supplements.
Some food sources that contain quercetin include, but not limited to:
- Citrus fruits such as oranges and lemon
- Fresh berries such as blueberries and raspberries

- Tomatoes and Onions
